  • Do you accept returns and how?
    Yes - No problem at all... You can either send the items back for a full refund or pop them back to one of our stores. you can return or exchange unwanted items up to 14 days after purchase. Items must: Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact) Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note
  • Do you charge for delivery?
    Delivery for orders over £50 is free. To cover postage cost we charge a modest £5 for any order under that amount.
  • What's your privacy policy?

  • Is you site safe and secure?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • Can I pick up items from your stores?
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
  • How about exchanges?
    To make an exchange, contact us as soon as possible or bring your item into one of our shops. We can exchange an item up to 14 days after purchase if it meets the conditions of our returns policy.
  • My prodcut is faulty - What should I do?
    Check your product manual for help with common issues or gives us a call for some expert help. If you’re still having problems with a product you’ve bought, please contact us or bring in to one of our shops. If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give an exchange or refund with proof of purchase. After 30 days, we'll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
